Your home will be advertised in the local press and on our website, Rightmove and PrimeLocation the largest UK portals from where the majority of our enquiries come. When appropriate a virtual tour can also be arranged and made available on these websites.

Viewings will be accompanied and on the first viewing we find the buyer is more comfortable and relaxed if the owner is not present. For subsequent viewings it is helpful if the seller is present and able to answer any questions which may arise.

As you would expect we negotiate the sale price and instruct Solicitors of your choice keeping in touch with seller and buyer and their Solicitors until the sale is completed.
