For those seeking a new home, a second home, a holiday home, an investment or a relocation who do not live in the area or just need help
We will find and send you details of the type of property you want in the area of your choice.
When we find you an interesting property we will visit and prepare a report, including digital photographs, so you can see exactly what the property is like
A viewing will be arranged for you.

Fees & Costs

For the initial Registration Fee of Ł350 we will contact all the Estate Agents and Private Vendors in the area of interest to obtain details of suitable properties. These will be posted , faxed or e-mailed to you for up to 6 months.

The initial 6 months term can be extended by a further 3 month for Ł200

On your instructions we will inspect the chosen property and produce a report with digital photographs detailing its accommodation, general condition and location. Each inspection will be charged at Ł90

All fees and charges are plus VAT
