We are currently looking for a
Property Negotiator/General Administrator

The role will include accompanying viewings, booking appointments, liaising with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and tradesmen, and negotiating.

The candidate will be organised, reliable and a self starter, and must have strong organisational skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Previous background in property and knowledge of website and property portal management would be beneficial.
